The Watershed Dynamics Research Group in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Washington studies hydrological processes and their connection to ecosystems, geomorphology, and society. Our interests span from classical problems in hydrological water balance, flooding, to new challenges in predicting coupled evolution of complex watershed systems. Our goal is to advance the understanding and improve the predictions of watershed dynamics under changing drivers.
